NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED - BKP Architects

The Trustees of the Free Public Library of the Borough of Avalon (the “Trustees”) has awarded a Contract without competitive bidding for professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).  The Trustees retained BKP Architects to provide schematic design services as requested by the Avalon Free Public Library.  The amount charged for these services will be determined in accordance with the Proposal between the parties on file with the Secretary to the Trustees.  The work to be performed pursuant to the Proposal will be effective until such time as the work described is complete or either party gives written notice to the other of termination, but such contract will not exceed a term of one year.
This Proposal and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the offices of the Secretary to the Trustees, located in the Borough of Avalon.
