Well Wednesday: Habit Change

Whatever the habit you want to kick, the habit-change strategies are the same and require developing a new set of skills. This 60 minute workshop will introduce you to some of the most powerful skills in the habit-change toolbox, and explore how you can start incorporating them into your life. Well Wednesdays are a mix of wellness events and opportunities to socialize, hosted every other Wednesday from 10am-11am. No registration required. Refreshments will be available for take out.
