Stellaluna NS - New York, NY This book is about a fruit bat named Stellaluna who gets separated from his mom by an owl. He lives with birds, but then meets up with other bats and his mom. I like this book and would recommend it.
Very Hungry Caterpillar VD - Avalon I love this book. Even though it is easier, the pictures are great and I love to read about all the food the caterpillar eats. I also love when he becomes a beautiful butterfly.
The very bbusy spider VD - Avalon This book is about a spider spinning a web. Along the way friends try to get the spider to stop her web but she keeps spinning. She finishes her web and catches a fly. This is a very good book and you can feel the spider wen as she makes it.
Hungry Caterpillar MD - Avalon This book is about a caterpillar who liked to eat a lot. She ate all kind of foods like lollipops and cupcakes. My favorite was when she ate the strawberries. I like this book very much. I love when she becomes a butterfly.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar PD - Avalon This book is about a caterpillar who loves to eat. He eats all kinds of yummy foods. He eats fruits and cakes. I liked it when he ate the salami. I really liked the pictures.
The Very Grouchy Lady Bug SD - Avalon In this book the Lady Bug flies around and is trying to fight with all kind of different things. He fights tries to fight with a yellow jacket, a stage beetle and even a WHALE. In the end, he goes back to leaf he started with and shared the amphids. I love the pictures in this book the most.
Making the Team NS - Avalon, NJ This book is about two friends trying out for the cheerleading and football teams. Louanne wants to be a cheerleader and Arnie wants to play on the football team. Arnie wants to play football but is better at cheerleading and Louanne wants to be a cheerleader but is better at football. Arnie becomes a cheerleader, and Louanne joins the football team.
First Grade Here I Come MB - Avalon This book was good, it talked about all the things kids do in First grade. I think all kids going to first grade should read this book.
Patrick's Dinosaurs JLI - AVALON This is my second favorite. I just love dinosaurs and this book had tricerotops in it and there are two different kinds because two are from the crutaceous periods and two were from the jurasic period. The author got the idea to write this story from her own children. One of her sons is named Patrick. I think the other one might be named Hank because there was a boy named Hank in the story.

City of Bones CH - Berwyn This exciting story begins with a girl named Clary who lives with her mother in New York City. When Clary comes home one night, she finds her mother missing. This is just the beginning of her adventures in the Shadowhunter world, where she fights demons and discovers things about herself that she never knew.
City of Ashes CH - Berwyn This novel continues the mortal instrument series. Tension between Jace and Clary runs high as they continue their battle to fight Valentine. I especially liked this novel because of the action parts.
City of Glass CH - Berwyn This novel finishes the Mortal Instruments Trilogy with a tale full of excitement, betrayals, and action. I especially like the epilogue of this story.
The Shrunken Head TH - Wayne I liked the book because these little creatures hung a man over a fire pit. They trapped him in a net. It was funny because the guy that got trapped was big and the guys that trapped him were little.
Tree House Mystery (Box Car Children) CA - Arlington VA I liked this book because there's some magic in it. I also liked the adventures they got into to solve the mystery.
The Chocolate Sundae Mystery (Box Car Children) CA - Arlington, VA I like it because there were some funny parts. The best part was when the Aldens solved the mystery and saved the ice palor.
Mystery in the Sand CA - Arlington, VA I liked this book. I liked the part when Benny found the gold locket.

Boxcar Chrildren The Spy game GM - Avalon Is mine good said Benny yep said the Alden Children today Henry, Jess and Violet and Benny were all drawing pictures for a new book. The house keeper called the children in for fresh baked cookies. Ms. Dawson could your children help more some coble stones for me. The children went to help when benny finds a carved message on the stone, its up to the children to fine out what it means.

Happy Birthday Spongebob LK - Ocean View I love Spongebob, tis bok was very funny. Spongebob and all his friends eat cake on his birthday they have a big party, at the crabby paty wher spogebob works. Spongebob got one huge present wrapped up that they didn't tell what it was. sguidwoerf gave him a broom because he doesn't want to do any work.
Going to Sleep on the Farm MB - Avalon This book was really easy to read it taught you how the animals on farms go to sleep. Horses sleep standing up.
I Will Never Not Ever Eat a Tomato NS - Avalon, NJ This book is about Lola and how she won't eat any vegetables. She tells us what she doesn't like. Her brother, Charlie, gets her to try them all by calling the vegetables by fun names so she will eat them. She eats them all.
I am Too Absolutely Small for School NS - Avalon, NJ This book is about Lola. She thinks she is too small for school. Charlie tries to tell her that you learn alot at school, but Lola thinks she has more important things to do than go to school. Lola goes to school with her friend, Soren Lorenson, and they come home and have pink milk. Lola likes school.
Charlie and Lola But Excuse Me That is My Book NS - Avalon, NJ Lola wants to take "Beetles, Bugs and Butterflies" out from the library, but it's not on the shelf. There are so many books to choose from, but she only wants "Beetles, Bugs and Butterflies." Her brother, Charlie, tells her to find another book about animals. She takes "Cheetahs and Chimpanzees" out of the library. Lola reads about cheetahs being very fast and chimpanzees being very cheeky. The baby chimps are very funny.

The Kid Who Only Hit Homers NS - New York, NY This book is about a boy named Sylvester Coddmyer III and how in one season he hits nothing but homeruns. He had a secret coach named George Baruth, which sounds like George 'Babe' Ruth. I like this book, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes baseball.
Black Beauty GD - Dayton,OH Black Beauty has lived her whole life on a peaceful farm but when his masters wife becomes ill, Beauty takes a dramatic turn for the worse.
Babette Cole MB - Avalon This story was very funny! I liked that the main character was a boy not a girl.
Scooby doo Time To Play MB - Sicklerville Scooby Doo is a puppy in this story. He plays with a ball, there is no mystery.
SCOOBY DOO TIME TO PLAY MB - AVALON THIS IS AN EASY SCOOBY DOO BOOK TO READ. IT REALLY DOESN'T HAVE A MYSTERY.
Ramona and her Mother VD - Avalon In this book Ramona feels like she and her mom do not spend enough time together. She tries to do projects with her mom but nothing seems to work. Ramona gets sad. In the end, Ramona and her mom have special time.

Ramona Forever VD - Avalon In Ramona Forever, Ramona's cat dies and she finds out that her mom is having a baby. Her aunt is marrying her friend's uncle and she does not know what to do. She feels left out of everything. In the end Ramona ends up saving the day.
Ramona the Brave MD - Avalon In Ramona the Brave, Ramona was going into 1st grade. She was getting a new room in her house. She had a hole in her house but no one believed her, they believed Howie instead. One day when she walked a different way to school she ran into a big dog and she threw her shoe at the dog. Then she was missing one shoe for school. Ramona had many other adventures that I liked reading about.
Ramona the Brave VD - Avalon In Ramona the Brave the main characters are Howie and Ramona. Ramona's family has a hole in their house. When she shares this at show-n-tell, no one believes her and Howie said it wasn't true and everyone believed Howie. Ramona tried to be brave when she came across a mean dog she threw her shoe at him. I really like this book.
Ramona Forever MD - Avalon Romana's life is getting a bit crazy. Her mom is having a baby and her cat just died. Her Aunt is marrying her friend Howie's uncle. She is in the wedding along with Beezus, her sister. There is a lot of excitment in this book. I really enjoyed reading about the wedding and how it was almost ruined. Found out how Ramona saved the day!
Ramona Forever ES - Haddon Heights I would reccomend this book, because it was funny. It was funny when Aunt Bean and Uncle Hobart were getting married and Uncle Hobart wanted to order 29 champagne glasses for third graders! Ramona was thinking about 29 third graders running around with champagne. Mrs. Kemp said children can not have champagne! I also liked the girls' names because they are not ordinary they are extradinary!
Ramona the Brave LM - Cape May Court House Ramona goes to first grade and gets her very own room. This was a great book!
Ramona the Pest LM - Cape May Court House Ramona goes to kindergarten. My favorite part of the book was peanut butter and jelly for lunch. This was a really funny book.
Ramona Quimby, Age 8 LM - Cape May Court House Ramona is 8 years old and starts 3rd grade. She's not quite sure if she likes her teacher and she doesn't like having to go to the Kemp's house every day after school. Read this book to see if her year gets better!
Ramona Forever LM - Cape May Court House Lots of exciting things are going on in Ramona's life. She's a bridesmaid in a wedding and she's about to have a new baby sister. There is a very sad part in this book, but it's still very good.
Ramona and Her Father LM - Cape May Court House Ramona's father loses his job and now Ramona's mother works full-time. Ramona also wants her dad to stop smoking. This was a great book!

Ramona really doesn't like going to Howie's house after school when both her parents are at work. Will the family be happy again?
Ramona and her Mother VD - Avalon Ramona wants to spend time with her mom. The older she gets the less times they have. She comes up with a lot of stuff for them to do together but she still feels like a pest. She ends up having to play with a younger family friend. In the end Ramona and her mom go back to the way they used to be.
room one OO - Montchanin, DE I liked this book. It was very exciting and had lot of action with a cool twist at the end.

The Magic School Bus and The Electric Field Trip JLI - Avalon, NJ I like all the Magic School Bus books. This one tells you about how electricity is made and used. They learn how to fix a powerline and what makes a lightbulb glow. This is good, and teaches you a lot.
Hungry, Hungry Sharks NS - New York, NY This book is about different kinds of sharks and what they do and eat. Sharks are cool, and I like to read about them.
The Legend of Spud Murphy JLI - Avalon, NJ This book is about a librarian who had a Potato Gun. Two kids had to go to the library for 15 minutes a day and they were afraid of the librarian. In the end they weren't afraid anymore.
Run Away Princess MH - Berwyn The runaway princess is a teen princess who must get married because of her father. She is locked up in a tower by her father. She is rescued by her friends and has adventures. In the end she marries her prince charming, who is the servant boy. This was a great book.
First Graders from Mars Episode 1: Horus' Horrible Day GH - Avalon The book is about an alien called Horus and he is going into first grade but the first day was horrible, so when he got home he said he didn't want to go back. This book was silly.
I Can Help SD - Avalon I this story as a duck gets stuck another animal helps him. The animals all help each other. When the giraffe can't reach his food, the monkey helps. An elephant is helped to water and the duck is helped out of he marsh again.
Maisy Goes Camping MB - Avalon I like Maisy, she went camping with her friends. They all couldn't fit in the tent.
How to Train Your Dragon JS - Haddon Heights I would reccomend this book because it is funny. For example, the main character's name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock 111. Also the character's names are funny for example Fishlegs. I also liked this book because funny things happened. For example, a huge dragon the size of a mountain decided to take a nap on the beach of Hiccup's tribe. The little nap turned into a 3 day nap.
Julie's Wolf Pack CA - Stone Harbor I liked it, but it was hard to follow the years of the wolves.
Absolutely Normal CHAOS MKE - Avalon In this book by Sharon Creech, the main character is Mary Lou Finney. Over the summer, she writes a required diary. Throughout the book, Mary Lou expieriences a summer she will surely never forget. I give this book 4 1/2 out of 5 stars, because I very much enjoyed the whole book, but I feel the ending could have been a little better. I highly reccomend it. And if you get the chance to read it, enjoy!
Freight Train MB - Sicklerville This is an easy book to read. It is good for kids learning their colors.
Sail Away MB - Sicklerville In this story a family goes out sailing on their boat. It gets scary when a storm comes and it is night time. In the end they get home safely.
Flying MB - Sicklerville I like to fly in airplanes so this story is good for me. It shows places people can fly and what they see. It is really easy to read.
Dooby Dooby Moo LM - Cape May Court House My favorite part of the book was the singing animals especially the cows. This book was really funny!
Duck for President LM - Cape May Court House Duck doesn't want to live on the farm anymore so he becomes President. I like this book and it was funny.
Thump, Quack, Moo LM - Cape May Court House Farmer Brown is making a Statue of Liberty corn maze. The animals all help him. Will the maze turn out like Farmer Brown thinks? This book is very funny like all Doreen Cronin's books.
Bounce PD - Avalon This is a funny book about how different animals bounce. My favorite page is when the bees bounce in the daytime.
Diary of a Spider GH - Avalon The story is about this spider that learns some stuff from his grandpa.And he learns to always stay away from vacuums and to have the vacuum drill. This was a funny book.
Rodzina MH - Berwyn This book was all about an eleven year old girl on an orphan train. She has an extremely mean Doctor in charge of the train. Throughout the story she comes to discover that the doctoress is truly nice at heart and she wants to remain with her.
That's Good, That's Bad JLI - Avalon Only little people would be interested in this book. It's about a boy who parents buy him a balloon and he floats into a zoo but he thinks it's a jungle. He meets a bunch of animals and says, "That's good. No, that's bad". I really don't think you should read it.
