Local historian and author Robert Heinly will be talking about his book, "Victorian Cape May", a nonfiction work about elegant remnants of the Victorian era in Cape May, including the Emlen Physick Estate, the George Allen House, Congress Hall and the Chalfonte Hotel. Koren Cowgill of J. P. Beagle Music will present a discussion of music in film and show scenes from movies involving music that is familiar and memorable. She will also discuss the film composers, what it takes to score a film and how the music fits in. For example, director Serge Leone's "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" uses music composed by film composer Ennio Morricone. Ms. Cowgill welcomes questions and discussion during or after the lecture.
