Frank Langfitt, National Public Radio Foreign Correspondent, will give a multi-media presentation on how a foreign correspondent works to get the tough stories in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He will show photos and audio clips from his stories on NPR. Key stories will include covering war from the front lines in Mogadishu, covering the crushing of the uprising in Bahrain during the Arab Spring, sneaking past police into a Chinese rebel village, and tracking outlaw gold prospectors in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
