Brad Meltzer - August 7 - 7:00pm - Community Hall

Brad Meltzer is the author of the New York Times bestsellers The Tenth Justice, Dead Even, The First Counsel, The Millionaires, and The Zero Game. Raised in Brooklyn and Miami, Meltzer is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Columbia Law School.

The Tenth Justice was his first published work and became an instant New York Times bestseller. Dead Even followed a year later and also hit The New York Times bestseller list. The First Counsel came next, a story about a White House lawyer dating the President's daughter. It was followed by The Millionaires, centered around two brothers who steal money and go on the run. The Zero Game, tells about two Congressional staffers who are, literally, gambling on Congress. Meltzer is also one of the co-creators of the TV show, Jack & Bobby, the story of two young brothers, one who will grow up to be President. He is also the author of a critically acclaimed comic book, Identity Crisis, a murder mystery with Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman.

Meltzer's books have a total of six million copies in print, have spent over 8 months on best seller lists, and have been translated into over a dozen languages, from Hebrew to Bulgarian.

Meltzer has played himself as an extra in Woody Allen's Celebrity and earned credit from Columbia Law School for writing his first book which became The Tenth Justice.

He has been featured on The Today Show, and in major publications including Time, Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, amd dozens of newspapers across the country.
